CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - Pinal County authorities say a convicted felon is in custody after drugs and a handgun were found at his Casa Grande home.

County Sheriff’s deputies say they suspected 47-year-old Henry Albert Marquardt was dealing drugs out of his house.

He was arrested Monday and deputies say he was carrying a gram of methamphetamine at the time.

A search warrant was served for his home. Authorities reported finding a .38-caliber handgun, numerous rounds of ammunition, methamphetamine, 13 unlabeled pill bottles containing various prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff’s officials say Marquardt is being held on suspicion of various drug and gun possession charges.

They say Marquardt has been arrested in Pinal County for probation and parole violations, several drug offenses, unlawful flight, burglary, traffic offenses and numerous outstanding warrants since 2012.
