CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) - Arapahoe County authorities say they have arrested a 46-year-old man for soliciting sex over the Internet from deputies posing as a 14-year-old girl.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office says Anthony C. Garcia was arrested Tuesday at a location the deputies posing as the girl arranged to meet him for sex.
Garcia is being held on $50,000 bail in the county jail on charges of Internet luring of a child and Internet sexual exploitation of a child.
