The House of Representatives was closed Thursday morning for clean up of an overnight construction incident.
The incident was not considered suspicious, authorities told CNN.
Added CNN:& A piece of ceiling in a Capitol work area fell down around 3 a.m., exposing a chemical substance in a work area.
