GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - One of three south Alabama men accused in armed bank robberies in Biloxi and Gautier is scheduled to plead guilty Jan. 29.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1anUdui ) an attorney for Reginald Martez Robinson, of Saraland, Ala., has notified court officials of Robinson’s intent to change his plea to guilty.

Robinson and two others were indicted in August on charges alleging they used stolen vehicles and switched rides to avoid capture after the bank heists. The holdups were at First Federal Savings and Loan in Gautier on May 13, 2008, and a Regions Bank branch in Biloxi on June 19, 2008.



Robinson’s co-defendants are Randy Laverne Marshall and Keith Anthony. Their trial date has been moved to a court calendar that starts Feb. 3.
