CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Average gasoline prices in West Virginia rose nearly 5 cents in the past week.

AAA East Central says the price of a gallon of regular averaged $3.43 cents statewide. That’s 26 cents cheaper than a year ago.

Prices range from $3.28 in Huntington to $3.56 in Clarksburg.



Nationally, gas prices average $3.31 this week, up 3 cents from a week ago.
