BOSTON (AP) - A woman charged with speeding drunk down a Boston street in her SUV before striking and killing a 7-year-old girl has pleaded not guilty.

Olivia Mora was held on $150,000 bail after pleading not guilty in Suffolk Superior Court on Tuesday to charges of manslaughter, motor vehicle homicide and drunken driving.

Prosecutors say the 36-year-old Mora was driving 50 miles per hour in a 30 zone on Nov. 26 when she struck and killed Brianna Rosales as she walked home from school with her mother. The mother was severely injured.

Prosecutors say Mora’s blood alcohol level was .125 nine hours after the crash, well above the legal limit of .08.

Mora’s attorney pointed out a factual error in the police report and wondered how many more there were.
