Police at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan have arrested Emmanuel D. Bowden, a 21-year-old Delta College student living on the SVSU campus, who allegedly posted on the social media site Yik Yak a threat to "shoot every black person I can on campus." (The Saginaw News)
