Flora is the third suspect charged in the slaying of 14-year-old Endia Martin of Chicago who police say was shot in the back by another 14-year-old during an argument over a boy. The girl accused of pulling the trigger and a 17-year-old boy accused of hiding the gun used in the shooting were charged earlier in the week. On Wednesday, April 30, 2014, authorities announced first-degree murder charges against Flora, the girl's uncle.
