Maj. Michael Wood of the Leon County Sheriff's Office talks with media after a news conference on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, in Tallahassee, Fla. about the civil citation Florida State University quarterback Jameis Winston was issued after he left a local grocery store the night before without paying for $32.72 of food. Winston, the 2013 Heisman Trophy winner, is also on the baseball team and was indefinitely suspended from baseball because of the citation. Winston admitted he forgot to pay, Wood said, and was not arrested. He opted to enter the pre-arrest diversion program for non-violent first-time offenders. (AP Photo/Colin Hackley)
