“When you exercise or walk, your brain releases neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, as well as endorphins that are ten times more powerful than morphine,” said Vince Callahan, a family psychologist and founder of the Florida Institute of Neural Discovery.
