It is the sole high school operated by the Southern York County School District. In 2014, enrollment was reported as declining to 946 pupils in 9th through 12th grades, with 19% of pupils eligible for a free lunch or reduced-price lunch due to the family meeting the federal poverty level. Additionally, 12.6% of pupils received special education services, while 5% of pupils were identified as gifted. Susquehannock High School employed 70 teachers.
