A Thursday, April 24, 2014 photo shows a mural designed by SVSU students that has been placed on a parking structure at the corner of Johnson and North Washington in downtown Saginaw. The mural on the previously utilitarian structure across from The Dow Event Center was dedicated Thursday. It's the work of children from the city as well as Saginaw Valley State University students.
