In this Jan. 21, 2014 photo, Dixon (Ill.) Rural Fire Department firefighters pose with a grain bin rescue tube that was donated to the department by Scott Stoller of Ag Perspective this past summer. The panels are each 18 inches wide and 5 feet tall. They’re connected with a tongue-and-groove hinge and have steps and handles on the outside and inside.
