The Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York (ROC-NY) is a not-for-profit organization founded in New York City in memory of the 73 restaurant workers who were killed in the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001. ROC-NY was founded by restaurant workers who survived the attacks to provide support for the displaced workers, including undocumented immigrants.
