The Parents Television Council (PTC) is an American advocacy group founded by conservative activist L. Brent Bozell III in 1995. Through publications on its website including reviews, research reports, and online newsletters, the Council seeks to inform parents of television programs or other entertainment products that it considers beneficial or harmful to the development of children.
