Norwalk Community College (NCC), formerly known as Norwalk State Technical College and Norwalk Community-Technical College, is a public community college in Norwalk, Connecticut. It is the second-largest of the twelve colleges in the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system (CSCU) system.
