Sen. Joseph Getty (R-Carroll and Baltimore) asked several questions about amendments that the Maryland House attached to the Civil Marriage Protection Act before the Senate Judiciary Committee votes on the act Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, in Annapolis, Md.
