The Rugby League International Federation (RLIF) is the world governing body of rugby league football. Its purpose is to, "foster, develop, extend, govern and administer the game of Rugby League throughout the world". Its headquarters are in Sydney, Australia, and its current chairman is Scott Carter of the New Zealand Rugby League.
