American Ethanol has been an official partner of NASCAR® since the start of the 2011 racing season. Growth Energy, an ethanol industry group, and the National Corn Growers Association formed the American Ethanol partnership to increase awareness of the reliability, performance capabilities and affordability of American-made ethanol. During the 2012 racing season, American Ethanol sponsored three Camping World Truck Series races, the American Ethanol 200 (summer), the American Ethanol 200 (fall) and the American Ethanol 225.
