Thousands are reporting issues with Amazon product pages, checking out and the mobile app on outage reporting website Downdetector Thursday.

The reports spiked on Thursday afternoon, going from just 316 issues reported at 1:48 p.m. EST to 10,943 reported at 2:03 p.m. and a peak of 21,716 issue reports coming in on Downdetector at around 3:48 p.m.

Nearly half of the reports, 48%, are related to the checkout process, with another 21% concerning the mobile app and another 17% dealing with the pages for individual products on Amazon, according to the Downdetector website.

Specifically, users have reported being unable to see prices and product information, while others are having trouble logging in, according to Engadget.

An Amazon spokesperson told Reuters that “we’re sorry that some customers may be experiencing issues while shopping. We appreciate customers’ patience as ‌we work to resolve the issue.”

The spokesperson did not specify or describe a possible cause for the issues.
