From where I sit in Florida, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) situation in Minnesota is really pretty simple to understand. In fact, it’s pretty simple no matter where you’re sitting.

If those protesting and interfering with ICE officers had been as outraged about the killing, rape and assault of many of their fellow Americans at the hands of illegal immigrants over the past several years as they are about the deaths of a few people who have been tragically killed by those legally attempting to rid the country of these dangerous non-citizens, then these protests might make some sense.

The imbalance in protests, however, is outrageous, bordering on (no pun intended) the irrational and misdirected.
