One fumes about their mother writing checks in line at the grocery store, while another muses about their father signing his posts on Facebook.

Reddit users are sharing their parents’ “old person” habits that drive them crazy, BuzzFeed reports.

Comments about their parents’ lack of expertise in using technology and social media abound, with one Reddit user tsk-tsking a parent who posts messages on their Facebook profile page instead of on Facebook Messenger.

But some comments reveal simply odd, if not “old person,” behavior, the BuzzFeed article notes: “They use plastic cutlery so they don’t have to wash the real silverware, but then they wash and reuse the plastic ones to be thrifty!”
