The son of rapper Lil Jon, known for “Turn Down for What” and features on songs such as “Shots,” is missing in Georgia.

Nathan Smith, 27, known artistically as the rapper DJ Young Slade, left his home in Milton, Georgia, roughly 28 miles north of Atlanta at 6 a.m. Tuesday, the Milton Police Department said.

He left on foot and did not take a phone with him, police said on social media, and he may appear disoriented.

A representative for Lil Jon told TMZ that “the family is asking for privacy at this time. We are also asking for continued prayers for Nathan to come home safe.”

Police described Mr. Smith as a 5-foot-9-inch-tall Black man weighing roughly 150 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. A picture provided by police shows Mr. Smith wearing a black hoodie and a dark beanie.
