Rapper Offset was shot Monday outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, multiple news outlets report.

Police detained two individuals, but the motive and circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation.

The 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to media reports.

Offset, a former member of the disbanded Atlanta-based rap trio Migos, was in stable condition and being closely monitored, the Seminole Police Department said.

Offset lost fellow rapper and cousin Takeoff, also a member of Migos, to gun violence in 2022.
