OPINION:
Free Palestine, indeed — from Hamas. The Hamas organization is not some sort of George Washington-type freedom fighters group. It is a terrorist, criminal organization saturated with some sicko people who don’t care about the Palestinian people.
Any organization that thinks it is all right to kill babies at point-blank range and rape women in their cause for freedom is beyond evil. Hamas leadership knew that its Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attack on Israel would open the gates of hell on the people of the Gaza Strip. Hamas intentionally built tunnels under mosques and hospitals to store their military hardware.
The blood of every child and mother killed in this war is on the hands of Hamas. To really free the Palestinian people, Israel needs to completely wipe out Hamas. I am surprised and sorry that many good folks who claim to be humanitarians see Israel as the bad guy.
I pray for a lasting peace.
