I read with interest Joseph Curl’s assessment of the “Sleepy Joe library fund” (“The Biden bookmobile and oblivious Obama.” Commentary, Sept. 18). In the op-ed, Mr. Curl compares Obama’s $850 million library — described as a “rock” — with Joe Biden’s failure to raise cash for his own library. Mr. Curl concludes that a Biden bookmobile may be his best solution.

I suggest Mr. Biden could save money by using one of his campaign buses for this purpose — you know, the one emblazoned on the side with “No Malarkey.” He could simply remove the first word, and then he’d be perfectly describing his presidency.
