OPINION:
Those in power who have abused their positions, used obscure laws and manipulated the judicial system to hurt their political opponents are dangerous and must be held to account.
Some say New York Attorney General Letitia James’ mortgage fraud is a minor irrelevant violation and not worth prosecuting and doing so is revenge. No. If she broke the law, she must be held accountable. That is not revenge; it is upholding the law.
The FBI’s spying on senators is outrageous, and the media must not continue to suppress the story. People’s trust in the press corps is already at an all-time low. Denying this story may be the breaking point that puts the final nail in its collective coffin.
Everything the Democrats accuse the Republicans of doing, they are doing themselves. They are destroying democracy for their own political gain. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has closed the government to make political points with the radical left wing of his party. His actions are incredibly hypocritical given his past statements about shutting down the government. Nearly everything President Trump has been saying has been proved true.
