OPINION:
So a rogue “Biden judge blocks National Guard deployment to Illinois as ‘political retribution’” (Web, Oct. 9) and last weekend a 7th Circuit appeals court temporarily blocked National Guard deployment in a tacit denial of lawless conditions on the ground in Chicago.
Nobody seems to be considering that a Chicago chief of patrol blocked the city’s police department from responding to a call regarding an attack on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents when an ICE vehicle was rammed and surrounded by armed perpetrators recently. Chicago police responded to investigate only after an alleged perpetrator was shot.
If rogue judges block President Trump’s authority to protect federal agents and injuries result, the woke judges of the 7th Circuit and elsewhere will have blood on their hands.
