Letter to the editor: The bill will come due for Mamdani supporters

OPINION:

With the election of Zohran Mamdani, New York City has not just shot itself in the foot; it also has pierced its own heart.

The deadly failure that he represents — socialism, Marxism, communism — is ignored by the nescient somnambulists who paradoxically call themselves “woke.” When the bill comes due for all the “free stuff” promised by Mr. Mamdani and his kakistocracy in waiting and its societal enervation becomes impossible to deny, they can no longer look to blame President Trump. They need only to look in the mirror.
