OPINION:
The Washington Times’ Nov. 25 edition carried a front-page news story in which retired U.S. Navy captain and current U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly, Arizona Democrat, is quoted as saying he wasn’t aware that he could be recalled to active duty and court-martialed.
If this is the extent of the knowledge of a current U.S. senator, it’s no wonder he was passed over as Kamala Harris’ running mate in the 2024 presidential election.
The “Silly Six” Democrats trying to stoke dissent within the U.S. armed forces by calling for the military to disobey unknown, unlisted and undefined illegal orders must be disregarded in any serious context or conversation regarding the future of the United States.
