OPINION:
The stern words Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy received last week from President Trump and Vice President Vance were not only deserved, but overdue (“Tensions rise between Trump and Zelenskyy after heated Oval Office meeting,” Web, March 3). Like Vance’s castigation of the globalist elites in Munich last month for their reneging on “shared values,” this is the sort of the language needed if Western values are to be recognized, respected and restored instead of being trampled and betrayed.
Globalism’s proxy earned his removal from the Oval Office.
