President Trump is commander in chief of the U.S. military. That’s his title; as well as being president of the United States, he’s also the top dog of the U.S. military. Moreover, that’s not just a Trump thing. It’s not a leftist-inspired accusation of Trump taking over and declaring himself dictator. Every president since presidents came to be in America also wear the title of commander-in-chief. Every. Single. One.

Well, here come the Democrats to cast the Constitution to the wind.

On the heels of Trump’s order to usher out transgender people from the military, an insignificant little judge has decided to usurp Trump’s title and role and reverse his action.

U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes, appointed by President Biden, said transgender people have been serving in the military ranks for the last four years and there’s nothing to show they’ve damaged or dinged troops’ and sailors’ and soldiers’ abilities to respond to national security threats — so to boot them is to discriminate against them. To toss them is to commit a civil rights offense based on sex.

She issued an injunction to stop the policy from taking effect — albeit delayed her order for a few days so that the White House might prepare an appeal.

Once again, Barack Obama’s purposeful destruction of America raises its ugly head. His was the presidency that first introduced transgender troops to the military; he was the president who proclaimed widely and proudly that he intended to change the foundations of America. His legacy goes on. His influence coursed through the Biden administration to the point where it was an open secret that Obama’s third term was called Biden’s first term. Yes, his legacy goes on. Trump and all of sane America are still cleaning up Obama’s messes — his wickedness.

Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to Trump, wrote on social media a response to Reyes’ ruling that went like this: “District court judges have now decided they are in command of the armed forces. Is there no end to this madness?”

And his question, largely rhetorical, still deserves an answer — and the answer is this: No.

Democrats have decided to wage a war against Trump in the courts. They didn’t beat him at the ballot boxes. They didn’t beat him with allegations and accusations of criminal conduct, one after the other, one following another, and all ultimately leading to court. They can’t beat him on principle or political platform; polls consistently show the American public sides with Trump’s border controls, crime controls — which include deporting criminals and gang bangers and violent cartel members let into America by the previous administration. And on transgenderism, the support for Trump’s policies are even greater.

“Americans have grown more supportive of restrictions for trans people in recent years,” Pew Research just wrote in a February headline.

Among the findings of Pew’s survey: Fully 66 percent of American adults wanted boys to stay out of girls’ sports. Another 56 percent wanted bans on health care professionals transitioning minor-age children.

“Support slips for openly transgender service members,” The Hill wrote in February, based on findings from a Gallup poll that found Americans’ acceptance of transgenders in the military had fallen from 71 percent in 2019 too 58 percent in 2025.

That’s because the left has pushed, pushed, pushed the LGBTQ agenda to the point of insanity. It took Americans that long to awaken to the evil, and believe the evil wasn’t just a blip that would go away by itself. It took Americans a bit of time to realize the LGBTQ movement’s ultimate goal was to come for the children, destroy traditional family, and tear down societal constructs.

“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America” — said Obama in January of 2017, right before his second inauguration.

Yep. What he said — echoed throughout the entire LGBTQ community.

The courts have caught the fever.

There’s the judge who ordered a stop to Trump’s deportation of illegal violent gang members.

There’s the judge who demanded Trump rehire federal workers he fired.

There’s the judge who ordered a halt to Trump’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or DEI, bans.

And now there’s the judge who deems herself to be commander in chief so as to put a speedy end to Trump’s prohibition on transgenders openly serving in the military.

This is madness.

Democrats do indeed accuse others of that which they are themselves guilty. Dems accuse Trump of being a dictator; it’s their way of covering up their own dictatorial ways.

“The Courts Alone Can’t Stop Trump’s Overreach,” U.S. News & World Report wrote, in a slanted headline that nonetheless makes clear the judicial system can’t possibly reel in everything Team Trump is accomplishing, and trying to accomplish.

But the courts will try. The Democrat-appointed judges will keep on trying. America’s entered a new day where the war isn’t one of political party versus political party, but rather of Trump versus the loons masquerading as gateguards of the Constitution, i.e., leftist-leaning judges.

One question for Democrats, though: If court case after court case of fabricated charge couldn’t keep Donald Trump from seeking and winning the White House, then what are the odds that court case after court case of fabricated finding will prevent him from enacting his agenda — which is to say, the agenda Americans voted him to enact?

These judges would do well to realize the American people want a nation that’s free, that’s prosperous and that’s sane. Trump isn’t trying to change the foundations of America. He’s simply course-correcting the very anti-America shifts that have occurred under Democrat control. He’s got the mandate of the people. Activist judges working for the left do not.

Obama’s foundational shifts do not.

The time of Trump has come and thankfully, this White House knows how to fight, and more importantly, how to win.
