Rep. Keith Self, Texas Republican, recognized Rep. Sarah McBride, Delaware Democrat, on the House floor with a title of “Mister” not “Miss” — and all heck broke loose from the Democrat camp.

But Self was quite right. McBride is a mister.

McBride is the first transgender person elected to Congress — and now all the Democrats and LGBTQ enablers think that just because McBride identifies as a female, dresses as a female and pretends to be a female, that the right thing to do is for everybody to similarly pretend — for everyone to join in the lie.

But some people just don’t want to lie. And they shouldn’t have to, just to accommodate the liars.

“I now recognize the representative from Delaware — Mr. McBride,” House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Self said, ABC News reported.

So McBride answered, “Thank you, Madame Chair.”

McBride’s like, you call me a man, I’ll call you a woman!

Self, unlike McBride, was speaking truthfully, though.

Democrats struggle with truth.

For instance, America’s now learning Joe Biden, while president, may not have actually signed many of his own executive orders — that his signature was affixed by way of autopen. Did staffers step in and sign for Biden — for the nearly braindead, barely cognizant Biden?

For example, Democrats, particularly under the previous Democrat-controlled White House, constantly told the American public that the border was secure, the border was secured, the border was safe and secured. That, despite the record-breaking surges at the border.

Democrats, just a few short months ago, tried to sell the narrative that the economy was booming. That, despite the record-breaking inflation levels of the Biden White House.

Democrats, today, yesterday and no doubt tomorrow, continue to claim that little boys can be little girls; little girls can be whatever they want — even a “they,” even a cat, if they so choose — and that men who dress as women and win House seats in Congress ought to be addressed with female titles, by female pronouns, because, by gosh, they’ve decided (today) they’re women and that’s that, the science is clear.

“Mr. Chairman, could you repeat your introduction again, please?” asked Rep. Bill Keating, a Democrat from Massachusetts who is a real man but who took offense that Chairman Self, also a real man, wouldn’t recognize the man from Delaware as a woman.

“I will,” Self said, to Keating. “The representative from Delaware: Mr. McBride.”

Keating cried.

Keating tried to shame Self.

“Mr. Chairman, you are out of order,” Keating said.

“Mr. Chairman, have you no decency?” Keating said.

But no matter how Keating cried, no matter how McBride argued, no matter how the Democrats have tried and tried and tried again, a man dressed as a woman is still a man.

A boy born a boy who tries to identify as a girl is still a boy.

Democrats say it’s offensive to refuse to call an individual by the chosen pronouns and recognize an individual by the preferred sex.

But really, it’s offensive to lie. And it’s really offensive to be a liar and demand that others join in the lie.
