Washington Mystics rookie Kiki Iriafen is adding to her trophy shelf.

The USC product was named the WNBA Rookie of the Month on Wednesday, less than two months after the Mystics selected her with the fourth pick in the draft.

The forward is the first player in Mystics history to receive the honor, which the WNBA first awarded in 2010.

Iriafen averaged a double-double in her debut month, posting 13.9 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game while shooting 47% from the field.

The 21-year-old is the first Mystic of any age to average that many points and rebounds in a month since Crystal Langhorne in July 2010.

Iriafen’s four double-doubles in her first month tied for the WNBA lead.

The Mystics (3-5) return to the court on Thursday night against the defending champion New York Liberty.
