OPINION:
Section 1 of the 14th Amendment reads, in part: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States …”
There are people inside our borders who shouldn’t be here. These are not “undocumented immigrants” or “illegal aliens”; they are foreign invaders and should be called such.
Anyone with common sense knows that the word “person” in the 14th Amendment refers to those people who were slaves and now were free Americans. Just what rights do foreign invaders have under our Constitution? It’s past time that the Supreme Court gave solid guidance on the constitutional rights of those who have invaded our country.
