Since the start of President Trump’s second term, district courts nationwide have been issuing nationwide injunctions aimed at stopping the president from implementing many different parts of the MAGA agenda, which was supported by over 77 million voters. Recently the Supreme Court ruled that courts of limited jurisdiction, like district courts, do not have the power to issue nationwide injunctions.

However, the ink on the ruling barely had time to dry before U.S. District Judge Randolph D. Moss ruled that the Department of Homeland Security cannot stop immigrants who are requesting asylum from entering our country. His approach was to declare any immigrant claiming asylum part of a class-action suit.

This is a direct challenge from Judge Moss to the Supreme Court and will prevent DHS from stopping border crossings while the judicial system takes time to decide whether the high court’s ruling stands.

Preventing the entrance of immigrants wanting to request asylum without prior approval or documentation has been very successful, as evidenced by the huge reduction in illegal border crossings since Mr. Trump took office.

Judge Moss’ ruling cannot be allowed to stand. The Supreme Court must act and overturn it. If it does not, the world will rush to our borders and we all will watch America die.
