OPINION:
The Democrats want to see Donald Trump fail (“House Republicans dismiss Democratic activists’ anti-DOGE protests, acknowledge ‘change is hard,’” Web, Feb. 27). He has become their obsession. In fact, they are so fixated on their hatred of the president that they can’t think clearly.
But the truth is that the Republican Party has a direction and agenda for the country and the Democratic Party doesn’t. It is inconceivable how, with straight faces, the political left can call the Republicans Nazis and fascists — simply because the GOP is moving quickly and getting things done. The Democrats foolishly refuse to see the big picture or even realize that under this administration, they, too, will be the benefactors of a stronger and better country.
It’s no wonder they lost the election. What kind of Americans are they, anyway?
