I find liberal authors to be biased even when they do not mean to be. Their beliefs, ideologies and agenda always leak through. One liberal who wrote about moral politics at the beginning of the millennium referred to conservative families as being based on a “stick family model,” while the liberal family is based on a “nurturing family model.”

How is a right-of-center family that believes in God, compassion, virtue and morality not nurturing? When leftists have burned down whole areas of cities and taken away First Amendment rights from citizens, when their organizations employ paramilitary tactics against the opposition to cause criminal chaos, physical damage and injury — is that nurturing? This same leftist family model raises a child in the false beliefs of entitlement, socialism and abortion.

Conservatives see the childlike traits in the left. Even Saul Alinsky made note of it when he wrote in “Rules for Radicals,” “We are not here concerned with people who profess the democratic faith but yearn for the dark security of dependency where they can be spared the burden of decisions.”

This same characteristic is obvious wherever the left has power, where its poor policies, projects, deficits and questionable narratives come full circle and it can offer nothing to fix the ensuing chaos. President Trump had to fix the many mistakes of the Biden administration, and he was elected by a landslide to do it.

Conservatives — whom the left call “deplorables” (Hillary Clinton) and “garbage” (Joseph R. Biden) — always end up fixing the messes created by previous leftist administrations.

After Mr. Trump’s 2024 landslide election, the left was baffled by how badly it lost. It could not acknowledge that the voters had rejected its policies and governance. It never can.
