“Pro-choice” proponents say the abortion pill is “good science.” I strongly disagree.

Mail-order abortion inducing pills account for 63% of abortions. The original safety guidelines are basically ignored, including the requirement that women be seen by a physician to eliminate a tubular pregnancy, which could lead to the woman’s death if she uses the pills.

Women endure very painful cramps and bleeding from these pills, too. About 22% of these women will require visits to hospital emergency rooms, some of them with life-threatening problems, to which a few will succumb.

The other 37% of abortions are done at abortuaries, which are not first-class medical facilities with top doctor ratings. A well-known late-term abortionist, who charges for abortions by the size of the baby’s foot, referred to most abortionists as the dregs of the medical profession.

And many abortuaries do not meet basic medical requirements and fail state inspections, if they are even inspected. Women are injured in abortuaries; some even die. Laws are often ignored at these facilities (e.g., failure to report to the police abortions performed on women who are prisoners of sex-trafficking and minors who are victims of incest).

Men and women are imbued with a moral code telling them it is wrong to kill another innocent human being. In addition, women have a natural instinct to protect their children, born and pre-born. That is why the vast majority of women regret their abortions and find it difficult to forgive themselves.

Unfortunately, 60% of women who have abortions were are pressured into them. Thankfully, there are nearly 3,000 pregnancy centers in the U.S. to help women with untimely pregnancies. They provide free, comprehensive support for women and their families during pregnancy and beyond.
