OPINION:
I am not politically naive. I understand that politicians, their parties and their supporters will do all the things they need to do to win an election. It is the voters, particularly those on the left, that I do not understand. I have this image of mainstream Democrats skipping along a path, holding hands, singing with joy until the path takes them over a cliff to their deaths.
Do they pay no attention at all to what is happening in their own lives at the grocery store or gas pump? Do they not ride public transportation in fear for their lives? Or care that America’s once-beautiful cities are being turned into garbage dumps? Do they not realize that they’re being fed overt lies by Vice President Kamala Harris, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic Party and the mainstream media?
For example, the Democratic Party, which fought hard to keep Robert F. Kennedy Jr. off state ballots, is now fighting hard to keep him on those same ballots. Aren’t registered Democrats capable of comparing their lives when Donald Trump was president with their lives under President Biden and Ms. Harris? Do they really support the terrorist group Hamas in its conflict with Israel? Do they really believe that Jews, including those in our country, should be eliminated from the face of the Earth?
Our major problem as I see it is not the alliance of the Harris-Walz ticket, the Democratic Party and the mainstream media, but these Democratic sheep who mindlessly follow them right over the cliff. If we are not very careful, they will take us right along with them.
