OPINION:
Former President Donald Trump spent too much of his time during this week’s presidential debate uncharacteristically defending instead of being on the attack (“Trump, Harris debate: Vice president couldn’t answer the one question that mattered,” web, Sept. 11). That said, our choice for president is still just as clear as it was before the debate.
If you want an open border and unlimited illegal and unvetted immigrants who get more financial assistance than poor Americans, Vice President Kamala Harris is your pick.
If you want unlimited irresponsible spending on wars and green initiatives, Ms. Harris is your pick.
If you’re OK with brazen imported criminals violating and killing women and young girls, Ms. Harris is your pick.
If you are OK with abortions at seven, eight and even nine months, Ms. Harris is your pick.
If you are OK with our minor children getting sex and gender-change counseling at school without parental consent, Ms. Harris is your pick.
If you want a weak candidate endorsed by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the Socialist Party of America, Ms. Harris is your pick.
If you want a fourth term for former President Barack Obama, Ms. Harris is your pick.
