Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz recently posted on X that the United Nations has become an antisemitic, anti-Israel body that emboldens terror. He’s absolutely right. Despite the horrific and savage attacks by Hamas on Oct. 7 — murders that were and still are supported by the vast majority of Gaza residents — Israel’s moves to defend itself are being blamed for the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

Of course, you reap what you sow. But none of that matters in a world where neither responsibility nor accountability exist. The words of Shakespeare in “The Comedy of Errors” ring true: He wrote that “we may pity though not pardon thee.”
