D.C. police are looking for a suspect who set a man on fire in Northwest.

Authorities said the incident took place just after 3 p.m. Monday near a bus stop at the intersection of North Capitol Street and P Street Northwest.

Police said the suspect poured flammable liquid on the victim and ignited it. The victim suffered severe burns and was taken to a local hospital.



A surveillance photo released by police shows the suspect is a dark-skinned man.
