OPINION:
There should be nothing more important to members of Congress than securing our wide-open southern border. For three years now, we have seen out-of-control, illegal invasion.
Our sovereignty is of the utmost importance, and it cannot be ensured long term (or even short term) without border control. In the absence of sovereignty, the cash flow of American taxpayers will be in doubt — and as a result, our spending will slow to a trickle around the world. The United States is and has been for too long the rich uncle of the world.
America’s still-trusting and loyal tax-paying citizens should demand that not a dollar go anywhere outside this nation until the border has been shut to illegal entrants. Until we are secure, the only discussion for America’s politicians must be border security — not Ukraine, Israel or Taiwan. If we refuse to safeguard our hard-earned cash here, the rest of the world will find itself orphans, and their rich uncle finally and lastingly broke.
