Now is the time for the Judeo-Christian community to unite and send a message with our votes that America will no longer tolerate the evil and insanity of the radical political left (“Democrats’ lawlessness knows no bounds,” web, April 21).

Forget about personalities and consider which candidate’s positions more closely align with your values, with the biblical right and wrong and with what you want for your family and our future. Forget what they say and focus on their policies and how they’ve governed.

We’ve seen our nation thrive under Donald Trump, and we’ve seen the polar opposite under President Biden. In the Trump administration, we had secure borders, law and order, economic prosperity and relative peace around the world. Under Mr. Biden, we’ve seen open borders, the defunding of police forces, rampant crime, and Christianity and Israel under attack. The world is on the brink of war, and the Democrats are pandering to the enemies of our country and our ally Israel in an attempt to gain votes.

In his book “Letter to the American Church,” Eric Metaxas compares what we’re seeing today to 1930s Germany. There was massive surveillance, propaganda, suspension of liberties, and imprisonment for those less than enthusiastic about the regime. Sound familiar?

We are in a war of good versus evil, and I agree with Washington Times columnist Robert Knight when he writes that “lawlessness has many forms, but one source. No, it’s not the Democratic Party. [That] is just a very useful and efficient tool. The real source lies below” (Democrats’ lawlessness knows no bounds,” web, April 21).

Let’s take our country back in November.
