It seems enormously difficult for any relief organization to reach Gaza in the midst of a war (which they caused), but there is a simple solution.

The Gazans should be sent to the Israeli kibbutzim and towns that their democratically elected Hamas destroyed during its slaughter of thousands of civilians, and there these people could be supplied by relief columns from Egypt — while they clean up and rebuild.

Only a small contingent of Israelis would be needed to supply them with building materials. And existing roads could be used for transport while the war continues in north Gaza.
