This week, we saw Democrat after Democrat violate their oaths of office so they could defend the Justice Department’s biased noninvestigation into Hunter Biden’s multimillion-dollar tax-law violations.

Statutes of limitation were allowed to expire, an execution search was either prevented or not sought, and traditional investigation processes were disallowed. In the end, Hunter Biden was only charged with misdemeanors (“IRS agents say Justice Department brass nixed felony charges against Hunter Biden,” web, July 19).

This is obstruction of justice by DOJ. How? Hunter Biden was well on his way to being charged with several felonies that would have resulted in a long a prison sentence until DOJ obstructed the investigations.

It is plain to see that we need congressional term limits.
