So Martha’s Vineyard has come up with the solution to to the immigrant problem (“Lawyers for migrants flown to Martha’s Vineyard demand criminal investigation into Florida flights,” Web, Sept. 17). So simple, isn’t it? The people of the overrun areas just round up the illegals, put them on a bus and deliver them to a military base, where they have lots of beds and tents.

The money needed to get these people to the military bases there should come from the federal government since they are the ones who seem to approve of this. If there isn’t a nearby base, the federal government has proven its ability to move people around the country to almost anywhere by air. We should demand this action be taken since the precedent has been established in Massachusetts.
