ASHBURN — Washington Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz has a right shoulder injury and would have been limited in practice Monday.

The Commanders held only a light walkthrough, though was required by the NFL to put out an estimated injury report as Washington plays this week on “Thursday Night Football.” Wentz was one of 10 players listed on the report ahead of Thursday’s game against the Chicago Bears.

Wentz is coming off a performance in which he threw a season-high 359 yards, but tossed a game-sealing interception with seconds left in Sunday’s 21-17 loss to the Titans. Coach Ron Rivera held his media availability before Monday’s report was released, so he was not asked about the quarterback’s health.

Besides Wentz, wide receiver Dyami Brown (groin), cornerback Christian Holmes (hamstring), linebacker David Mayo (hamstring) and tight end Logan Thomas (calf) were listed as limited. Wide receiver Jahan Dotson (hamstring), safety Percy Butler (quad), tackle Sam Cosmi (thumb) and running back Jonathan Williams (knee) would have not practiced.

The only injured player listed as a full participant was cornerback William Jackson III, who has a back injury.

Jackson, one of the team’s highest-paid players, was benched against the Titans, telling his reporters his back was an issue that prevented him from playing at a high level. Rivera, though, didn’t cite the injury as a reason for why the cornerback was pulled.

“We pulled him and we’ll leave it at that,” Rivera said.
