OPINION:
According to “The real Secret Service scandal” (Web, April 16), America’s federal bureaucracy, or deep state, has been so corrupted and infiltrated by leftist spies that even private, classified documents of U.S. Supreme Court can now be compromised and leaked. This poses the question: In the absence of polygraph exams, can we trust anything even remotely political coming from any office of our government?
Even a minimal violation of oaths of office ought to carry a minimum 10-year prison sentence without the possibility of parole, commutation or pardon by the president or any other party of interest. It is past time to acknowledge that the corruption of our government by the left is both deep and deeply malignant — and our entire way of life could be at stake if we fail to act now.
